This is a full-body program that will give you all of the tools to improve how you feel and move. The purpose of this program is to improve range of motion in the upper and lower body. The upper body exercises are specific to improving range of motion in the shoulders while reducing tightness in the chest and upper back. The lower body exercises will improve mobility in your hips and quads while reducing tightness in your glutes, hamstrings, and calves. There is also a focus on mobility in the spine, ankles, and wrists.
