KETTLEBELL WORKOUT

The Workout

Set a timer for 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest. There will be 5 exercises to complete 1 set. Do a total of 2 to 4 sets, resting 60 seconds in between each set.

  3. Half-Kneeling Side Woodchops

  4. Sit-up & Press

  5. Curls
