I recommend tracking your weight daily along with your calorie and protein intake. Use whatever works best for you: a notebook, spreadsheet, or your phone. Aim to hit your calorie target at least 90% of the time over a month. For example, if you stick to your calorie goal for 27 out of 30 days, you’re on track. You can download my accountability calendar below to help you keep track of your days. Save it to your computer and then print it out. Any day you stay within your calorie goal you will mark a check and any day that you go over your calorie goal you will put an X. Your goal should be to have 90% checks every month.
